ranking system. Empty ranking system.

here's my idea of the ranking system: (its based on kdr)

0.10-0.20: Private
0.21-0.40: Corporal
0.41-0.60: Sergeant
0.61-0.90: Sergeant first class
0.91-1.10: Lieutenant
1.10-1.30: Captain
1.30-1.50: Specialist

i will edit later for high kdr
